Established in 1988, the Sunnybrooke Condo Association consists of 37 residential, privately-owned homes located on Sunnybrooke Drive and Morgan Way in Dover, New Hampshire.

Financial Information

Monthly dues: $110.00, due on the 1st of each month

Dues may be dropped off at a designated drop-off box (location provided upon request) or mailed to the PO box above.

        Currently, no properties are in arrears.

        Currently, there are no pending legal matters between a property owner and the Association.
